It is extremely important to have confidence in your real estate professional. My commitment as your  REALTOR and appraiser is to provide you with the honesty and integrity that you deserve. My pledge is to serve you with integrity in everything I do.

My objective is to work diligently to assist you in meeting your real estate goals. With over 27 years in real estate, investing and appraising, I have seen market ups and downs. I can help you recognize and anticipate the next market move, including market rates, real estate development, rental income trends, and property values. Don't miss your opportunity by waiting for the next big market boom. There is a way to make money in real estate no matter what time you buy or sell your dream. The secret is to act now.

Trust and integrity are important factors in creating relationships. They are vitally important in the real estate industry. I will do my best to nurture and maintain your trust in me as a real estate professional. The highest standard of service and professional ethics are what you deserve and they are my promise to you as my valued client. It is an honor to serve you as your appraiser and real estate professional.

In addition to real estate,  I am active in my community, as well. I was a member of the Kiwanis Club Orange Suburbia.  We participated in local community fundraisers within the city of Orange, namely Concerts in the Park, 3rd of July Fireworks Celebration, Spring Pancake Breakfast at Hart Park, and Casino Night for the Orange Senior Center.  The club sponsored two Key Clubs at Orange High School and El Modena High School, and we offered the Key Club members the opportunity to apply for college scholarships. Several years ago, the club merged with the Kiwanis Club of Orange and is continuing in its efforts to support and encourage children and families in the city. Also, I served on the boards of director for the YWCA of Orange and the Orange Senior Center. I continue to support the Orange Chamber of Commerce fundraising events, the Orange Senior Center, the Orangewood Children's Foundation, the Orange County Special Olympics, the Susan Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer, Juvenile Diabetes and the American Cancer Society.

I am a cancer survivor.  In November 2009, I was diagnosed with cancer and aggressively fought the disease with chemo and radiation.  With the help from my amazing Kaiser doctors, Hannah (my dog), and my amazing family and friends, I won the battle and I am cancer free.  I am lucky and feel blessed to have so many who prayed for my recovery.  I want to thank everyone who was there for me.

I played many sports in my youth, including semi-professional softball and later I coached Bobby Sox Softball. Today, sports continue to bring joy to my life and baseball and hockey are great passions for me.  Watching the Angels win the World Series in 2002 was spectacular followed by the Ducks in the Stanley Cup Finals in 2003 and watching them win the Stanley Cup in 2007. The Angels and Ducks are awesome!  Go Angels!  Go Ducks!
